Sol Bites was born from a childhood memory. Growing up, brigadeiros were the heart of every celebration - hand-rolled by my mother for birthdays, weddings and moments that mattered.
Named after the Portuguese word for sun, Sol Bites is our way of sharing that warmth with the UK. We’ve taken this beloved Brazilian tradition and refined it into a signature chocolate experience. While our roots are humble and homemade, our standards are uncompromising.
