1. General Conditions

By placing an order with Sol Bites, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify our offerings at any time. All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Sol Bites and is protected by UK copyright laws.

2. Products and Pricing

Artisanal Nature: As our brigadeiros are handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, size, and weight may occur.
Accuracy: We do our best to display our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours will be perfectly accurate.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Allergen Information and Liability

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles Milk, Nuts, and Gluten. While we take strict precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces of these allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to review allergen information before purchase. Sol Bites is not liable for adverse reactions where allergens were disclosed at the point of sale.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible due to our fresh production schedule.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch goods within 1–3 working days.
Third-Party Handling: Sol Bites is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by Royal Mail or any third-party courier once the parcel has left our premises.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Perishable Goods & Cancellations

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods.

Returns: Due to food safety and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of ordering. Once production has commenced, orders are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sol Bites shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.
