We like to think of these as the ultimate chocolate fix. If you haven’t had a brigadeiro before, the best way to describe it is a super-smooth, intensely chocolatey fudge that basically melts the moment you eat it.

We make every single batch by hand here in London, slow-cooking the chocolate to get that perfect, velvety texture that’s become our signature. They’re rich, they’re fudgy, and they’re a little bit addictive. Whether you’re grabbing a box for a friend’s birthday or just need something special for your afternoon coffee, these are our favourite way to bring a bit of Brazilian sunshine to the city.
Ingredients

Condensed Milk (Whole Milk, Sugar), Chocolate Sprinkles (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Milk, Soya Lecithin), Cocoa Powder, Double Cream (Milk), Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin).
Care Guide

Best eaten within 7-10 days.

Keep in a cool, dry place. If refridgerated, allow 15 mins to soften before eating (protect the box in a plastic bag or in a sealed container).
Shipping

All orders are handcrafted to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once ready, parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your brigadeiros arrive as fresh as possible.

While every care is taken to package your items securely, Sol Bites cannot be held responsible for the handling of parcels once they enter the postal network. Due to the delicate nature of artisanal brigadeiros, we are unable to guarantee they will arrive perfectly intact and cannot offer refunds for items damaged in transit.

Enjoy Free Tracked 24 Delivery on all £30 orders or above - automatically applied at checkout.
